Soochak Bharat Standard Hardware Warranty Terms
- Warranty Coverage
Soochak Bharat warrants that its hardware products (e.g., RFID readers, antennas, modules) are:
a. Free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the Buyer.
b. In conformance with Soochak Bharat’s published hardware specifications and user manuals at the time of sale.
Soochak Bharat has no obligation to modify, upgrade, or adapt products post-sale. - Remedy for Hardware Defects
If Soochak Bharat determines that a hardware product has failed due to manufacturing defects, Soochak Bharat shall, at its sole discretion:- Repair the defective unit using new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace the product with a new or equivalent model.
- The repaired or replaced hardware will not extend the original warranty period.
- Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with returning the defective hardware to Soochak Bharat.
- Soochak Bharat will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty repairs or replacements.
- If a product is found to be free of defect (“No Defect Found”) or is not covered under warranty, the Buyer will bear return shipping charges and a minimum diagnostic or service fee.
- Proof of Warranty
To claim warranty service, the Buyer must provide a valid proof of purchase or delivery document showing the hardware’s original purchase date. - Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not apply to hardware that:- Has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or physical damage.
- Was altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Was damaged due to external factors (e.g., lightning, fire, flood, power surges, or other force majeure events).
- Includes consumables (e.g., batteries, tags, fuses) or accessories not supplied by Soochak Bharat.
- Has cosmetic imperfections (e.g., scratches, dents) that do not affect functionality.
- Is used beyond its specified limits or in unsupported environments.
- Limitation of Liability
The above warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Soochak Bharat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
In all cases, Soochak Bharat’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the hardware product. - Special Warranty Provisions
If Soochak Bharat issues special warranty terms in writing for a particular order or product, those terms shall override this standard hardware warranty.
